About Me

Ope, there you are! I hope you didn’t think you could just squeeze past here without saying hi!

I’m Emma, an aspiring physical therapist that is falling more and more in love with photography every day! I grew up in South Central Wisconsin and have spent some time living in Northern Wisconsin, Winona and Rochester, Minnesota, Manchester, England, and I'm now located in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Surprisingly, my background has nothing to do with capturing your beautiful memories. I graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology, like I said, nothing to do with photography. Finally, after a few years of applying I was accepted into a physical therapy program and I'm currently working on my DPT.

When not shooting and capturing those candid moments, you can typically find me outside. I love to hang in my hammock, kayak, or go on a nice little hike. I have a goal of visiting every Wisconsin State Park. I also love to travel! One of my favorite trips so far has been to Hawaii, where I explored all over the island of Maui and even went skydiving!! I know, I’m a tad bit crazy. I also just recently had the opportunity to spend the summer of 2023 in Alaska! I hope to one day combine my love of photography and traveling and get into destination elopements. If I’m not outside, you can probably find me snuggling my two cats, Milo and Olive.
